Tuluver Singapore members kick-started 2025 with a heartwarming charity and community engagement drive for the underprivileged seniors. As part of our resolve to giving back to the community in Singapore, passionate members from the Tuluver Singapore visited “Sunlove Abode” a charitable home for the intellectually-disabled. In the spirit of preserving our values and fostering community bonds, we joined the seniors early morning on 05 Jan 2025 engaging them in various activities like singing, dancing (we managed to introduce the “Pili Nalike” dance form from Tulunadu at the event), cheering, interacting and striking interesting conversations with the elders. It was truly a memorable event for each and everyone.
This event is a true reflection of Tuluver Singapore’s commitment to not only preserving our rich cultural heritage but also contributing positively to the wider Singaporean society. We believe in the importance of caring for our elders and creating opportunities for inter-generational connection.
We extend our sincere thanks to all the volunteers, staff, event coordinators, Shri.Raja Mohan the Chief Program Officer at Sunlove Abode who made this event a success.
